Before founding Caldera House, Gigi worked in proxy solicitation, where she specialised in engaging retail and institutional investors for capital raisings, schemes of arrangement, takeovers, and complex shareholder meetings. Earlier in her career, she was a founding member of stockhead.com.au, working closely with a diverse array of ASX-listed companies across the mining/resources, biotech, and technology sectors.

Gigi is a passionate personal investor in ASX and TSX stocks, with a keen interest in the global transition to clean energy. She has a particular focus on the evolving supply-demand dynamics of critical commodities necessary for the emerging green economy.

As an avid investor and x.com fintwit memeber, Gigi has cultivated a vast network within the investment community, which she leverages to form the cornerstone of her highly effective communication strategy, engaging both institutional and retail investors alike.

Gigi holds a Bachelor of Commerce with majors in Public Relations and Finance.

MARKETING MANAGER

Madeleine has over nine years experience in marketing covering digital, events, copywriting, brand management, account management, and graphic design. She was the 2IC under the Head of Marketing for a multinational stockbroking firm with over 230 advisers in 10 offices, directing media engagement, building social platforms, coordinating multiple events, creating print and digital ad campaigns, and assisting with media relations.

Madeleine has lead the execution of tradeshow presence, executed an interstate symposium, and completed multiple product launch events for students, B2B and media.

Her digital experience covers web dev, content, AdWords, SEO, and social media- including creating and establishing a social media department in-house.

Madeleine has completed courses in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign and conducts graphic design for print and digital. She also holds a Bachelor of Communications majoring in Business and PR.
